We offer most of our models in 28mm (standard tabletop scale), 32mm (heroic scale), and 15mm (small-scale wargaming). Each scale is adjusted proportionally to fit your minis and gaming needs. If you’re unsure which scale suits your game, here’s a quick guide:

Yes! All our terrain is professionally 3D-printed in high-quality, durable plastic (PLA). Each piece is printed with care, cleaned, and quality-checked before shipping. Larger pieces often print in sections and are designed to fit together easily. We print at a layer height of 0.12, ensuring high detail and minimal layer lines.

Yes — all painting is done by Vic, our resident artist with over a decade of experience. Each painted order is hand-finished with care and sealed for durability.

Please note that painted models require additional processing time, as each one is made to order. Custom paint schemes are available upon request!

If you need help with painting, Vic is on hand to give any advice you might need.

Some larger models may arrive in sections to ensure safe shipping and easy handling. Most parts fit snugly together, but a little hobby glue (like super glue or plastic cement) may be useful for permanent assembly. We hang all hinged doors for 28mm and above models.

• Unpainted and Primed: Usually ship within 2-3 weeks.
  
• Painted terrain: Usually ship within 4-6 weeks, depending on complexity and size of order.

Keep your models out of direct sunlight and away from extreme heat to avoid warping. Painted models can be gently dusted with a soft brush or cloth. If you plan to repaint, we recommend using acrylic paints and primer suitable for PLA plastic.
